Welcome to CLEOMITRA! These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our services across all platforms, including our website (cleomitra.com), our web application (cleomitra.app), and our mobile applications for iOS and Android (both Customer and Staff apps).

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using CLEOMITRA's applications or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

CLEOMITRA is a comprehensive customer relationship management (CRM) platform designed to help businesses manage customer relationships, appointments, communications, inventory, and business operations efficiently. As part of our service, we provide secure account access and notifications via SMS/OTP.

3. SMS & OTP COMMUNICATIONS

CLEOMITRA uses third-party SMS service providers (such as Twilio and Exotel) to send One-Time Passwords (OTP) and important account notifications to users during sign-up and login on our iOS, Android, and Web applications.

  • Message Frequency: Messages are sent "per request" (e.g., when you request an OTP for login or sign-up).
  • Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
  • Help Instructions: For help with our SMS service, you can reply "HELP" to the number you received the message from or contact us at support@cleomitra.com.
  • Stop Instructions: You can opt-out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying "STOP". After you send the message "STOP" to us, we will send you a reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

4.1. To access certain features of CLEOMITRA, you must register for an account using a valid phone number for OTP verification.

4.2. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

4.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to use CLEOMITRA only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for any content you upload or data you manage within the platform.
